About: Bunbury Hospital / Medical Ward

(as a service user),

I recall there is a very loud thudding noise that I believe starts off quite loud and as it speeds up, the volume goes down.

It seems to me it is definitely the plumbing.

I believe I have recorded it on my phone quite a few times.

I feel that we can get used to sleeping in hard recliner chairs, and even the infusion pumps beeping constantly, but this noise is so loud, we were finding it hard to get to sleep at night.

Hello again aquilakj34,

Sorry to hear of your night time disturbances I will ensure engineering does review the plumbing system in that area.

Regarding the hard recliner chairs, the room has a lazy boy currently, if that is not comfortable please let me know as we did purchase some newer model lazy boys.

I will endeavour to update you as soon as I have any information around the plumbing.
