I inquired about the cost of treatment at the Queensland Neurostimulation Centre. As I understand it, I was told I would be emailed back with information but wasn't. I contacted them again and I recall I was told I would be phoned with the information. Again no response. I called a third time and I was told they wouldn't provide the costs associated until I had a consultation, which they also wouldn't tell me the cost of.

It seemed to me they didn't bother telling me this in prior contacts which I believe they could have. I made a complaint to the service and didn't even get a response. In my opinion, appalling medical arrogance denying patient's information about their fees.
