"Emergency Dept visit"

About: Bunbury Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

After losing a tug of war with my dog resulting in an injury to my hand, I presented at the ED. I was seen immediately by the Triage nurse who took my details and who was very professional and friendly then directed my wife and I to the waiting area for treatment.

After a short wait, we were greeted by an RN who made an inspection of the injury, double checked my details and introduced the doctor who would treat the wound, the doctor had a senior doctor consult on the treatment, the wound was dressed and I had a tetanus injection.

My visit to Bunbury Hospital was first class, professional, caring and friendly care by two nurses and two doctors plus clerical staff.

I should like to thank the lovely people who looked after me, I can't name them, but I would like them to know I am very grateful.
