I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for Kristin who looked after my toddler in Emergency at Donnybrook Hospital. Kristin provided professional care in an age-appropriate manner for my young child. After waiting on feedback from another hospital and then going to Bunbury for an x-ray, Kristin remained in contact with myself and also the Dr in Albany. She then had us back to prepare my daughter’s dressings for the other hospital.
I have never had such continuity in care. I believe Kristin is an absolute asset to Donnybrook and we won’t forget her care, attention and dedication. You went above and beyond your required duties and far exceeded our expectations.
We would feel absolutely confident in attending Donnybrook Hospital again if needed.
