Absolutely amazing staff and care!

The Special Care Nursery team, doctors and midwives were phenomenal in their focus, care, empathy, support, calming demeanour and kindness throughout our entire journey. We can't thank The Box Hill Hospital Special Care Nursery team enough, for such a positive and beautiful journey, through what started off as quite a stressful premature period.

A massive special thanks to Nurse Bonnie, Nurse Jane, Nurse Eng, Nurse Annette, Nurse Gianna, Nurse Moh Lee, Nurse Lynette, Nurse Nancy, Nurse Linda, Nurse Deb, Nurse Colleen, Nurse Brooke, Dr Sophie, Dr Alice, Dr Claire, Dr Tracy, Dr Georgia, Dr Jess, Dr Sitara and the entire SCN Team who I dealt with, for such an outstanding job! I believe you are all such legends and have our utmost respect and appreciation!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your kind words regarding your experience when your baby was cared for in the Special Care Nursery at Box Hill Hospital.

Congratulations, and from what you've said, this was a joyous but stressful time for you and I am so pleased the entire team provided you and your baby with the care and support needed. It will give me great pleasure to share your comments with them as they have certainly demonstrated the Eastern Health values of Patients First, Kindness, Respect, Excellence, Agility and Humility.
