"Rudeness of staff"

About: Prince of Wales Hospital / Campus Centre 2 - Nuclear Medicine Department

(as a parent/guardian),

My child was booked for a Dotatate scan recently in the morning. We arrived 10 minutes before the appointment. The staff member at the check-in desk was, I felt, totally rude in their manner and in my opinion, spoke abruptly. It was obvious to me that they didn’t want to be there. I feel that if you are going to treat anyone so rudely, perhaps it’s time to find another job! Based on my experience, staff like that make me feel twice as bad.
