About: Perth Children's Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

A fall at the skating rink led to our visit to PCH ED. I’m so appreciative of the level of care and professionalism displayed at every point of contact from concierge, to triage, assessment, treatment and discharge.

Dr Kate and Dr Justin both showed great skill at assessing a patient that wasn’t giving them many clues! So appreciated their respectful, compassionate and clear communication, and humour as well.

Radiology team were also lovely and made the process smooth.

Thanks so much for the care and treatment given to our daughter, it was a very positive healthcare experience for her. On the background of two very negative experiences when she was younger (not at PCH) I can’t take for granted the skill and expertise at every level that contributed to such a positive experience.
