(as a service user),

I would like to highly commend Edgar - Myrtleford Nurse for his kindness and 'nothing is a problem' attitude whilst providing information to me over the phone and attending my family's COVID swab. Edgar was so professional and he went beyond my expectations throughout the entire process.

As we drove away my Mum in her 70's stated "He was such a lovely young man and very good at his job". Thank you Edgar I do hope you and your colleagues receive this feedback. You made a great difference to our day and your politeness didn't go unnoticed.
