About: Royal Perth Hospital / Short Stay Surgical Unit Ward 4A & Day Surgery Unit Ward 4B/4G

(as the patient),

I stuck my pet rooster in a cage, got my dogs and hitchhiked from Darwin to Perth where in my opinion, I met God, Dr Peter. A man who restored my dignity through his professionalism, gentleman-like mannerism and self-confidence. I knew I’d made the correct decision.

Thank you to the people of WA who helped me achieve a life changing experience, all the amazing nurses in Ward 4 rph.

And God (Dr Peter).

Your warm and funny description of your journey has really been appreciated. I know the journey was out of necessity and am so glad that all your efforts to access specialist treatment were successful.

It is heart-warming to hear of the impact your treatment has had on your life and wellbeing. I have shared your feedback with the area involved. Staff should indeed be proud of their efforts as they reflect on how meaningful their hard work and expertise are to the lives of all those they care for.
