"Rude parking staff - great clinical staff"

Upon visiting the POWH to see my parent, I found quite a large difference between clinical staff and other general staff of POWH. The nurses and doctors on the Aged Care Rehabilitation Unit I feel are absolutely amazing, work so hard and seemed to always have me and the family’s best interests at heart.

However, I found the parking security are most unhelpful, will not even greet me but are more than happy to be demanding and rude, in my opinion. I recall they tried making me pay for a full ticket even though I had a concession. I left that experience feeling extremely upset and ruined my day that I got to spend with my parent.
