About: Busselton Health Campus / South West Regional Palliative Care Service – Coastal

(as a relative),

Our family member has been palliative for 4 months but living at home. I found the South West Palliative care team are amazing. We've never met a group of nurses so kind, caring and helpful to our family member but also listening to all our cares and concerns. I feel they are super amazing!

Hi Wedocare,

On behalf of the South West Palliative Care team - thank you for taking the time to give feedback on your experience. It is a difficult time when a family member is unwell but I am glad we are helping them to stay at home.

We are fortunate to have an experienced and dedicated Palliative team caring for patients in the community in what can be, an extremely difficult and personal period in someone's life. Taking the time to care, listen, answer questions and support patients and their family is pivotal to patient-centred care.

Like you, I think they are "super amazing" also and will take great pleasure in sharing your positivity with the team.
