We were met with the Covid check nurse at the door and found she was very efficient and we saw the triage nurse soon after who was also really friendly and efficient as was clerk.
We waited a very short time and then once inside ED were met soon after by Dr Stephanie who was patient, listened well and then offered her diagnosis swiftly and to the point which was great. A consultant was also called to see our daughter to determine severity of her illness.
Soon after treatment was started and about 3 hours later we left with our daughter feeling much better- all the staff who we dealt with were amazing and caring and efficient.
Thanks to Dr Stephanie and nurses - Scott especially. I feel we are very fortunate to have this wonderful hospital in our town/city. Thanks again.
