"Midwives - MGP4 at King Edwards"

When expecting my first child I was supported so well by Laura from the MGP4 at King Edward Memorial.

As this was my first pregnancy I had many questions and felt that Laura provided an empathetic, supportive direction. I felt Laura was well experienced and knowledgeable, if there was a question (which there were many) that she was unsure of, Laura helped get the answer and ensured I felt supported when I left each appointment. 

During the majority of my labour (36 hours in total) I was initially supported by Vanessa who was amazing to have with me, even though we hadn’t had an opportunity to build a relationship, it was very easy and fun. Vanessa supported my requests and helped me follow my birth plan.

For the birth, Laura coached me through the final stages. I felt that I was in great hands and that my little man was cared for with high regard. 

I recommend the MGP4 to everyone I could, as I can not praise the ladies that supported me through my pregnancy enough.
