"Care on multiple occasions"

I just want to thank Katherine, RN in Geraldton Regional Hospital ED. We have been in multiple times in the last month with our toddler son and luckily, we have had Katherine care for him on multiple occasions. Katherine is the most caring, kind and thoughtful nurse we have come across. I believe she is exceptional at her job, her nursing skills and communication with us, as worried parents and also communicating with our toddler son, was absolutely faultless. She is a wonderful example of true patient care focused nursing in my opinion. She listened to our concerns and communicated these to the medical staff and coordinator. I hope that Katherine is progressed into a role in the ED where she is a leader or staff development and can teach her apparent amazing skills to others.

Thank you so much Katherine, I feel you are a true paediatric and emergency nurse.
