(as the patient),

I could not find fault in FSH care and administration although I was in the day surgery for about 8 hours. I found it was a testing time, I was as patient as possible, I knew it would be a long wait due to the volume of patients needing treatment. I would give all staff who I dealt with a gold medal for their dedication to the work they do, I believe it is not a easy job yet they battle through, and I saw with my own eyes a lot of patients are difficult.

You are all a champions in my opinion.
