I would like to thank the amazing pathology staff at Central Gippsland Health. My six year old needed a blood test and I also had my 2 year old with me. One of the staff went above and beyond by looking after my toddler while I stayed with my 6 year old for the test. They then received stickers and a bravery certificate. Excellent service!

Good afternoon falconxh75,

My name is Mandy Pusmucans and I am the Director of Nursing at Central Gippsland Health. Thank you for sharing your story with us. Having a blood test when you are just 6 years old can be a scary experience. And with the added layer of looking after another little one in tow. I'm so pleased that things went well and that the team were able to support your family through this.

I do have to say that the pathology services, whilst on the Sale Hospital grounds, is actually privately owned by Dorevitch Pathology. We work very closely together, so I will be sure to pass your lovely story on to Sharyn the Manager.
