I would just like to take this opportunity to give a shout out to some of the wonderful staff who care for my elderly mother at Laurina Lodge. The kindness, empathy and support that they show to all in their care is a true asset to Heyfield and surrounds.

Bryan, Emma, Bernie, Gabby, Jane and many other staff go above and beyond every day and I am truly grateful for the wonderful care they provide.

Dear tigerqt36,

My name is Caron Mallet and I am the Acting Director of Residential Aged Care at Central Gippsland Health.

As an aged care provider, we aim to best support the needs or residents and community and it is heartening to learn this has been your experience.

Our staff have worked extremely hard, particularly during COVID-19 restrictions to ensure that all residents have felt supported and at home in our facility.
