(as a parent/guardian),

My son had an accident a few months ago and needed to be RFDSed to Perth. He is fully recovered now, and this is, in part, due to the exceptional care he received at the ED and in the ward.

Special mention to Dr Davina for her warm, caring, reassuring nature; for listening to us all and responding to our needs; for her professional yet personable way and for making us feel safe, supported, heard, confident in the care given and exceptionally cared for.

Also, special thanks to CN Ted, who came into the ward the following day and seamlessly and confidently assisted with the logistics of the RFDS transfer.

And thank you to all involved.

I felt you were all inspiring and instill confidence in your service!
