"Care for my back"

About: Margaret River Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

Recently, my back seized up and I couldn't get a doctor’s appointment, so I headed to the E.D of Margaret River. I was welcomed and listened to and made to feel safe while my RATS test was being conducted. All of the staff I dealt with followed strict protocols and explained the entire concierge service. It seemed other patients who were waiting were listened to, treated kindly and with compassion too. I was seen to after about 20 minutes and assessed thoroughly. I left feeling supported and valued. Thank you to the staff from the admin to the managers, I feel very fortunate to have such a wonderful hospital available for myself and my family.
