(as a carer),

My parent had an appointment recently with a certain doctor.

My parent had a fracture on their back and couldn’t sit or stand for a long time however they didn’t see the doctor until much later on the day!

My parent had to wait for over 4 hours! I feel this is very ridiculous! It seemed to me there was no respect for people’s time whatsoever. The doctor saw my parent as the last patient! I feel that maybe it’s to do with my parent’s background so they had to settle for the last patient of the day!

After all the wait, the doctor had to reschedule my parent’s appointment to see them in about six weeks’ time.

Extremely disappointed and upset of what I believe to be such negligence and arrogant behaviour of the doctor.
