"Not receiving care"

Attended for 2 weeks, was told this is the best place and high success rates. I found they were not providing help, duty of care, aftercare, mental health support. They are a government program that I believe would have guidelines and procedures

If you don’t have enough staff to work, don’t overbook the place and then try, in my opinion, and kick people out for your stuff up, especially when the people that were there actually wanted the help. In my experience, you made so many empty promises and breaches of confidentiality. I believe you guys need to fix your program and provide the right help.
