POW has exactly the vestibular department I needed. Recommended by a relative with a great address book, I saw Dr Ross within one day. The consultation was for an hour and he found the cause of the problem. A few manoeuvres and another session 2 days later about fixed it. I felt that surely inspires confidence. But just in case, Dr Ross enquired and found me a consultant in the Middle East, where I was about to visit. That’s true professionalism, in my opinion.
