"Physiotherapy appointment"

Just wanted to pass on the feedback to the lovely physiotherapist at Geraldton Hospital who had been doing periodic assessment of my baby. Recently I had the opportunity to use Video Call health direct. I was able to show my baby’s neck movement and positions at home to ensure he is making good progress preceding a telephone consult similar to an in person consult. I accessed the link and consultation started within a matter of minutes. Ease of use and option of using this in a home environment is a big plus and I'd use this in the future if I am not required to travel to a hospital due to COVID risk. I would like to thank the physio and the Geraldton Hospital telehealth team who clarified what can be expected on the day. Thank you again for looking after my baby.
