(as a relative),

Since my mum has been in care at Waratah Lodge she has been looked after really well by all staff and also the times that I have visited there even during covid times which weren't easy for anyone dealing with the restrictions.

Something that was done for mum was a birthday surprise this year as she never knew that I was coming over to see her, so a birthday morning tea was put on for mum and residents, I also would like to thank all the staff who helped organise and especially Jenni who came in on her day off. Thank you all for caring for my mum.
