I had been sitting there waiting for triage, it seemed there was no way for anyone to keep track of who came in when, I could hear people around me saying the very same thing.
It says to sit in order of arrival on numbered seats, trouble is I found the seats weren't numbered, some were vacant, some weren't.
I watched people go up for triage who I believe arrived after me, should it be up to me to pull them up?
I feel maybe a ticket system would help.
I don't know how other people were feeling but I was finding it frustrating.
