Been rushed to hospital with an asthma attack and than left for 2 days in ED until I got a room. I believe, placed in wrong section of hospital. I understand my medication was not listed correctly on my medical chart after speaking to the pharmacist to the doctor for my entire stay of a few days.
Some meds were left in ED while I was in hospital for a few days.
Ventolin was always locked up and had to ask for it all the time. In my opinion, my room was disgusting and my breakfast tray was left in my room for 2 days. I felt the staff were rude and it seemed like the doctor doesn't know anything. I recall seeing mould on roof in bathroom and the door missing on bathroom. No soap offered to have a shower. Bed didn't work with cut wires under it. From what I saw, no covid safe plan happened, never wiped down surfaces or wore gloves. I recall they do blood pressure and don't wipe down machine or any equipment. Never had any sheets changed for the few days I was there.
Based on my experience I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.
I felt the food was disgusting, microwave meals and were cold. Due to that, I never ate their food and had to order uber eats after the first few days. In my opinion, other hospitals are so much better.
