(as a parent/guardian),

Recently, I brought my young daughter in for a PCR test. I found the nursing staff were amazing and very informative. They explained what was going to happen and how they perform the test, putting my child at ease and making her feel comfortable knowing what was happening. I feel we are so lucky to have amazing nursing staff at Three Springs Hospital.

It was very heartening to hear how the nursing team at North Midlands worked with you to put your daughter at ease. In successfully communicating with your daughter and ensuring she understands what’s happening they have shown their commitment to her wellbeing and allowing you to know your child is well cared for. The staff at North Midlands pride themselves on exceptional patient care which they have demonstrated to you and your daughter.
