(as a parent/guardian),

Would like to recognise the supportive and friendly staff in ED one morning recently, who made my son feel less scared when he feared he may require stitches again. We were in and out within an hour after excellent care. He was chuffed with his certificate for bravery!

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent visit to our Emergency Department. A trip to the Emergency Department can often be scary for anyone, I am glad we were able to put your son at ease, see to him quickly and reward his bravery!
