About: Busselton Health Campus / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

My teenage child attended the Busselton ED and was seen and treated for 2 different issues. I believe during one of them my child was been treated with IV therapy and the hospital did not contact us as their NOK. 

My child is over the age of 14 and has rebelled over the last few months. I feel there are massive issues with this, I do not care what the circumstances are however, as their NOK and legal guardian, I believe we should have been notified rather than finding out via social media! 

I am aware that a different person has been listed as a contact on their records, please explain!
