"Cardio-rehab"

I attended the cardio rehab program at the Eastern Health Wantirna facility after having a heart attack. This program proved to be crucial in my recovery in giving me the correct current information and the confidence to move forward with life.

I felt the program had the right balance of support, encouragement and challenges to equip me to maintain focus on the task of recovery. I found the staff who ran this program are professional and so supportive and are able to use their skills to tailor the program to suit each individual. They created an environment that was both fun and relaxed while keeping a check on your progress. I would just like to also mention the online classes and the relevant educational topics they delivered to reinforce the program.
