"Podiatry appointment care"

About: Albany Health Campus / Podiatry

(as a parent/guardian),

It’s great because they’re so friendly and they actually make the appointments fun. I have a son with autism in his teens and it’s really good for him to be able to connect to his therapist/doctor. We’ve been going there recently to get his toenails fixed as he has another medical condition and has issues with his toenails/shoes.

Dear peppertg58,

Thank you so much for this encouraging feedback. I will be sure to let Tep and Julie know that you and your son have had a positive experience. At times, podiatry can be a challenging service as it’s not always easy to address a patient’s concerns when they have chronic foot ailments, wounds or other problems. Fortunately, both Julie and Tep bring a light-hearted sensibility to their day to day business, which not only makes the appointments more enjoyable for the clients, but also supports a great sense of comradeship between co-workers. I hope you and your son continue to have many great experiences with our wonderful hospital Allied Health team into the future and your son’s toenails/shoes no longer remain an active concern.

Kind Regards

Joanne Clark
