About: Perth Children's Hospital / Ward 1B - Burns Unit

(as a parent/guardian),

The care given to us by the team at the Burns Unit at Perth Children's Hospital was of such a high level. Being from the country always poses more hurdles to receiving treatment, in my opinion, but the staff went out of their way to make the experience a lot easier on our whole family (special thanks to Tania and Les).

The Child and Adolescent Health Service is a values-based organisation with Accountability, Excellence, Respect, Equity, Collaboration and Compassion being our core values. The staff at PCH are encouraged to live these values each and every day. We understand the stress parents endure when their child is sick or injured, particularly country families who are away from home.

We are extremely happy to hear that our staff managed to alleviate at least some of this stress whilst your child was treated here.
