(as a parent/guardian),

My son had his first appointment for bee desensitisation. The staff in clinic E have been extremely helpful, happy and friendly. They made my son and myself feel extremely comfortable. Especially Michelle and Gabby thank you all so much!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback about your experience at Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH), Immunology Day Treatment Clinic (DTU). I will pass on your lovely comments to the staff in the Immunology clinic.

It is reassuring to hear that the clinic staff were helpful and friendly and their care, compassionate and professional and that this reassured you and your son. First appointments in an unfamiliar place can be daunting for a child and I am glad the care provided made your son feel relaxed, safe and comfortable.
