Amazing experience

About: Bunbury Hospital

(as a service user),

I had a procedure done and everyone involved in my care went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, comfortable and the experience bearable considering it was an emotional one. From admission to discharge, Nurses, Drs, PCAs and everyone was just amazing with my care. Special mention goes to the Nurse who admitted me, I cannot remember her name, for the life of me🙃. She was caring and very supportive and Dr Puvana made the procedure bearable by talking to me before hand. Thank you all for making me feel welcomed, cared for and supported.

I am so glad we were able to meet your needs.

When you feel upset about a situation affecting your wellbeing, it's always comforting to know that the people caring for you are empathetic, professional and caring.

Our Women's Health Team always put the needs of their ladies first and work hard to ensure support is available.

On behalf of Dr Puvana, the nurses and all staff involved in your journey, I would like to thank you for taking the time to share your experience and wish you well in your recovery.
