"MGP team"

I am writing this to provide a feedback on my recent experience in St George Hospital. I had a baby recently and I was looked after by MGP team from the beginning of my pregnancy.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the service provided. All the girls involved in my care were so professional, very knowledgeable, and approachable. I had some accompanying issues with my pelvic floor. The team organised a special appointment so I do not suffer any further damage. I was very concerned about a previous epidural and a pre admission appointment was specially organised for me.

I was looked after by amazing Jess, Alison, Nicole, Rebecca. Special thank you to Emma who delivered my beautiful boy, who had so much patience explaining everything, who was so supportive, who guided me through the pushing for the best outcome of my pelvic floor. Special thank you to Dr Chris who insisted on preplanning the whole labour. Thank you to pelvic floor unit doctor as well as anaesthetist who looked after me. Thank you, Alison, for coming to my home address; Nicole who called me multiple times to make sure I am ok. 

As a healthcare professional myself, I am very impressed by their commitment to patients.

This all resulted in labour with a better outcome than I ever expected. Such an amazing team, real role models to the whole healthcare in Australia, in my opinion.
