"Wonderful treatment with the OT at Prince of Wales Hospital"

About: Prince of Wales Hospital / Physiotherapy Department

(as the patient),

I had a very bad attack of vertigo, and was admitted to the Prince of Wales Hospital in Randwick.  Whilst there physio and Ross, Occupational Therapist helped me do excercises.  After being discharged, I still had vertigo and I came back as an outpatient with Ross. After one outpatient visit, my vertigo dissappeared.

The care I was given was remarkable.

I feel great now.

Thank you and all staff I saw at Prince of Wales.

Dear empathype74,

Thank you for taking the time to write to us highlighting the excellent care you received from Ross and the Physiotherapy department. I am glad that your vertigo has improved following some treatment from Ross & the physio.

I will pass on your comments to Ross, he is indeed a valued member of our hospital team and is a great role model for other staff.

Thank you again for your feedback.

Regards,

Elizabeth Browne
