About: Albany Health Campus / Ambulatory Care 3

(as the patient),

I have to commend the staff after my recent visit to this Outpatient Unit. My GP had ordered a diagnostic procedure, which was scheduled for a couple of months time.

Unexpectedly, my specialist, visiting from Perth, made me an appointment for a couple of weeks time in Albany. Knowing he would need the test results, I rang Albany Hospital Ambulatory Services recently to see what my chances were to get slotted in 6 weeks early, for my upcoming appointment.

Donna at the other end of the phone listened, cared, and with the help of the nurse, somehow made it happen. My partner and I (now retired) have both had long careers in hospital health care, this is the kind of service that makes you proud to be comrades with the fine people at Albany Health Campus.
