"Great ED Nurse"

About: Bunbury Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

My wife took a powerful medication twice within 4 hours while distracted mentally from a death of a close friend that day. When we got to ED, the nurse Whitney remembered my wife and, in spite of her possible outcome unknown, the nurse was a breath of fresh air, caring, but vibrant and all attention to detail and reassurance while waiting for the doctor. Her demeanor took the edge off what could have been a bad outcome later.

All night she chatted when close by, about her recent return from overseas, and all good news.

Dear felt comfortable

I am so pleased to hear your wife had a positive experience in or Emergency Department during what must have been a very distressing time. It will be my pleasure to pass on your kind words to Whitney.

I wish you and your wife all the best.

Kind regards,
