(as the patient),

I came into ED with complications after having medication to induce my miscarriage and I ended up having a D & C. I just wanted to send an email to say how amazing the nurses, doctors and other staff on my case were.

They were all so caring and treated me so well during an extremely hard time for my partner and I. They made a day that was very hard for me a lot easier. The staff were all just so compassionate and professional.

I always felt heard. They listened when I needed to cry. Made jokes with me when I needed to laugh and just made my experience so much better than I could’ve ever imagined.

I feel you have such great staff and should be very proud of them all.

I will be forever grateful for the treatment, love and compassion I was shown during this difficult time.

Please thank them all from me. 💕
