(as a relative),

My husband collapsed outside of our house so I called a ambulance to take him to the hospital. Being a health worker it was scary being on the other side of things. The nursing staff within the ED department at Warren health service were so helpful and reassuring and explained what they were doing. Dr Paul was also very good. 

I can’t express my thanks enough to the above mentioned team as well as the nursing staff that looked after him on the ward.

Thanks everyone, I feel you are a great team.
