I recently had to purchase a product in preparation for a procedure I was going to have.  The man who works in the Pharmacy Department who helped me buy the product was so helpful.  He took the time to explain the whole process of using the product and kept on checking in with me that I fully understood what I had to do.  He was very thorough with his explanation in a way I understood.
