"Rescheduling an appointment"

About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital / Outpatient Department (Eyes & General)

(as the patient),

I couldn’t make my given appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.

I called to rearrange and waited less than 5 minutes on phone and was assisted by a friendly, understanding bloke who promptly arranged another appointment.
