"Post-partum physio"

About: Royal Hospital for Women / Physiotherapy Department

(as the patient),

After having a baby I had no sensation to urinate, I’ve had difficulty with my bowels and had pain in my lower torso. Donna, my physio, was able to work through my issues competently and professionally that 2 of the 3 issues are now resolved and her care with the third issue has me on track to continue to confidently manage myself. She has provided me with a number of holistic solutions that have aligned with my circumstances and values. Her care has been exceptional and without these service, I do not believe I could have recovered. While I had initially sought care from a private physio, I was unable to sustain these appointments and found follow-up frequency was too costly and interfered with my well-being in managing the appointments.
