(as a carer),

My mum couldn’t weight bear on her leg at all and it was very swollen and incredibly painful - so we needed an ambulance to take her to hospital. From the initial call to the non urgent number to when The St Johns Ambulance guys arrived they were truly gorgeous, kind and thorough with her. Thankyou.

Then at RPH ED- oh wow they were just so good. The Dr Huw, Nurses and Physio that attended to us were just kind, gentle, explained everything with her. And made sure she was right to go home. They made us feel very cared for. I just wanted to thank everyone we dealt with - as it was seamless, professional, compassionate and they were all just lovely with my precious mum. Thankyou all for what you did for her.
