(as a parent/guardian),

My two year old son had grommets inserted under general anaesthetic at Albany Day Procedure Unit recently. The professionalism and care provided by the DPU staff, anaesthesiology team and the ENT surgeon was exemplary. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure my son's (and my) experience was as smooth and stress free as possible. Thank you all for the skilled care and compassion you provide.
