"Child health nurse visit"

About: Moora Community and Child Health Centre

(as a parent/guardian),

My CHN came to my house and looked over my newborn. She was lovely and caring and made me feel very confident. She said everything was going well and he was gaining weight nicely. She made sure I had no questions before she left, also leaving me with lots of information to go through and contact numbers if I needed any help.

Dear serpenshh76,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your positive experience with our wonderful child health service.

It was pleasing to hear that the child health nurse made you feel confident and cared for during her visit to your home and also provided you with wonderful support and information. It will give me great pleasure to share your positive feedback with the child health nursing team in Moora.

Our child health nurses are a caring and highly skilled team who are committed to providing supportive, quality evidence-based care, and we are proud to be able to offer this important service to Wheatbelt families.

We are lucky to have such a dedicated team and feedback like yours reinforces the importance of this service.

Wishing you and your family all the best.
