(as a relative),

My mum had a recent fall and the first in her lifetime that required medical assistance and an ambulance to get her there. The ambo staff (Rex and I'm sorry I cannot remember the lady's name) to the health centre staff nursing and Doctor, thank you for your care. You were relaxed which helped my mum as she was still in quite a bit of a shock, and my Dad who was understandably quite worried, and you were above all professional. Thank you for everything.

Thank you very much for sharing your mother’s story, I do hope she is feeling better now.

It was very heartening to read how well the Kalbarri team cared for your mother and father. It is important we look after the family in attendance as well as the patient, so I’m glad the team were able to keep your father informed and reassured whilst they were treating your mother. I will ensure the team are made aware of your compliment and are rightly acknowledged for their professionalism and care.

We have an excellent relationship with the volunteer ambulance staff in Kalbarri, who provide ourselves, and the community, with such a valuable service. We will ensure they receive your kind feedback also.
