"My parent's last stay"

(as a relative),

Some weeks ago, my parent was in the hospital with another sepsis. Unlike previous admissions, clear and accurate communication between the staff and family was evident and my parent was kept clean and comfortable with basic nursing care being attended to. The staff were kind to my other parent and enabled their visits during a COVID outbreak. Such a completely different experience from previous admissions. Thank you to the staff for the care during my parent's last stay.

Your elderly parents are clearly in a challenging phase of their lives and we would like to ensure they receive optimum care when the need arises for them.
