About: Swan Hill District Hospital / Radiology

(as the patient),

Based on my experience, the phones in Radiology are disgusting I found I get cut off in the middle of talking or I have to dial a heap of times I hope next time works but usually I get cut off. I feel the girls in radiology deserve a medal. They must be so sick of getting told off all the time but over all, its them getting cut off.

Dear lynxgn57,

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Unfortunately the Radiology phone system is an ongoing issue which we are trying to resolve with the help of our IT department.

I would like to apologise for the frustration this has caused you and thank you for highlighting this issue for us as it appears our last implemented solution did not work as well as we had anticipated.

We will endeavour to fix this issue and hopefully have some better solutions in the near future for our patients.
