My husband is a kidney transplant recipient and he was diagnosed with COVID this past weekend. Within a few hours everything was organised and we were very impressed. He was assessed over the phone, there was several phone calls and the scripts faxed to a local chemist really quickly and he had the oxymeter delivered within a few hours. He’s gone really well. It’s his fifth day now and he seems to be on the mend and we are really happy and really impressed.
We had the tech guy ring us and set up the app and everyone we spoke to were really patient and kind. We are so grateful, and I believe it’s a fantastic service. Everybody that rang us were equally good and they gave us several different numbers to call if need be, and we felt they had our back. The talk of him going into hospital, he was dreading that, but we kept him at home, he’s eating well and we are very happy. I think it is the best way to manage things the way it is at the moment.
My husband did want to specifically mention Brianna, she organized the script and she had to ring different pharmacies because not everybody carried this particular drug, it was on the weekend and she rang around to find somewhere for us. We are very happy and very grateful.
"Grateful for the care"
